Peachtree City Defense Attorney
Lending an Ear, Delivering Broad-based Legal Skills
Early in my career, I worked as a prosecutor and interned for a Georgia General Assembly judiciary committee. Today, I focus solely on working for the benefit of clients in Georgia’s state, superior, municipal and probate courts. I have both tried and settled hundreds of cases on behalf of clients.
Although I am based in Peachtree City, I have represented diverse clientele across north-central Georgia, ranging from in Henry County and Bibb County in the south, to Cobb County in the north, Douglas in the west, and Rockdale in east. I’ve been in almost every court in this area, and I know the personnel who are involved in the court process.
Providing Insight into Georgia Courts
My knowledge and experience gives me insight into the Georgia court system from more than one perspective. This enables me to advocate more effectively for you, whether you need me to defend you against a criminal charge, negotiate a divorce or help you through the aftermath of an automobile collision or DUI. If desired, I can also assist with your will, trust, and estate planning.
As a prosecutor, I learned that the court system doesn’t always treat people with the dignity they deserve. Individuals are processed, but not always heard. Justice, sadly, is not always served. My motivation to become a defense and family law attorney stems from my deep desire to help people set things right.
You Are More Than a Fee
Some lawyers consider their clients as disposable means to financial ends. Not me. I practice law because I am concerned with the down-to-earth situations my clients face every day.
I have a family, and I have a passion for justice. The services I provide come as the result of hard work and earnest concern for the people I represent.
Some attorneys offer to meet you halfway. I will do more than that. As part of my practice, I regularly meet my clients on their own turf — at their homes, workplaces, or wherever they are most comfortable.
